This site is meant to document exploration into a new series of work derived by searching Twitter's public timeline for instances of the words "red", "green", "blue", and "yellow". Found instances of these terms are then converted into vertical bars of their corresponding color in real time to create unique compositions.
While I am not involved in the arrangement of bars, I do make decisions on crop and orientation. Currently, I am rendering select compositions using Golden Fluid acrylics on paper.
My goal for this site is to post a composition captured each day for the next 12 months. A select few will be realized as paintings on paper.
